I think this should happen.

So far no valid reason has been brought up to vote against.

This statement seems kinda stupid. With the current system in SWTOR, you can already have a Priest one day and have a Rogue the next. Each AC, with few exceptions, has access to two of the three trinity roles. Allowing a AC change would be no different than the currently allowed talent respecs, except offering up the missing 1 trinity role.
As an example...
Trooper / Bounty Hunter: AC 1 - Tank or Dps ... AC 2 - Heal or DPS
With the current system, I can have a DPS one minute and switch at will to Heal by respeccing.
With AC change, I can have DPS one minute and switch to either Heal or Tank by changing ac and respeccing.

I said a lot earlier in this thread that it doesn't matter one way or another if they do or don't implement AC changes... every argument for or against is wobbly at best and ultimately boils down to the personal opinion of the arguer. But you can't run around using silly logic that doesn't make sense, like you did.

I can change my specs in SW:TOR, so can you in WoW. I can't change my Class in WoW, neither can I change my Advanced class in SW:TOR.

In WoW my Class have 3 specs. In SW:TOR my advanced class have 3 specs.
The only difference is that in SW:TOR you first get your real class in level 10. Due to the story and budget of the project.
When you pick vanguard or commando, you gain unique abilities that the other one cant, when you pick retribution you gain unique abilities that prot and holy cant get same with picking holy or prot, they both gain unique abilities the others cant. Explain the difference?
In order to appreciate the Light, you must spend time in the Darkness.

I can by far tell you that if my Jugg tank changed to a Mara he would be kicked from the guild instantly due to us now missing a tank.

When I pick either Combat Medic, Gunnery or Assault specialist I get unique abilities that the others one can't get. The exact same thing with WoW, or rather the old WoW since they changed their whole talent system.

http://commandobuilds.com/images/gunnery1.JPG SW:TOR talent tree.

What you get
- Passive upgrades.
- New Abilities.

It's exactly the same, like it or not. The only reason for you to cry out loud right now, yelling for a class change is because Advanced Class is not just called your Class and not chosen at the character creation screen. I ensure you, if you could chose your Advanced Class right from the begining, you wouldn't be crying out loud right now.

I'm the one kicking, not the one being kicked.

Then it's on him, it's his choice. Stop telling others how to play their characters when you don't even pay their sub!

You gain skill tree abilities. Not all commandos get those unless they pick that tree. Completely different.
If I pick vanguard, I get vanguard abilities and trooper, and skill tree abilities for whatever I put my points in.

If I pick retribution, I get retribution abilities and paladin abilities, and skill tree abilities for whatever I put my points in.
