I would leave a lvl 50 to play on Oceanic landbased servers. Enjoy your 250 ping...

But as the Bioware guy said they are investigating ways to transfer us off. ie free transfers duh.

Stupid wingers. People have brought this up with Blizzard at blizzcon for the past 7 years. There should be no wingers just praise. Stupid internet people (I mean that)

With the 1.5 second GCD in place, a difference of 0.2 seconds doesn't matter whatsoever.

I think a lot of online gamers suffer from scale-confusion... or they think they're playing an FPS.

I play that other Unnamed game and I got a chance to play that game, in my hotel room, while at that other games con in October. The difference in gameplay was noticeable, especially in pvp. Even though I regularly get 200ms or so here in Australia, playing at sub 50ms on hotel internet on the US west coast was an absolute eye opener.

Funny, since it's not possible to notice a 0.15 second difference with a GCD of 1.5 seconds. I would attribute it to the subjective euphoria you were feeling due to being in another country and your presupposed expectation for it to be "better".

Bottom line: If you play during American peak times, oceanic players do not effect your queue. If you play during off-peak American times, then you either don't have a queue or it's very short.
Cool story. Thanks for thinking you know everything. Bottom line: You don't play every server.
Without me, it's just aweso.
i7 950 @ 4.0ghz, ASUS X58 Saber mobo, 12gb RAM@1866mhz, 6970 LIGHTNING, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD, BWU Keyboard, Razer Mamba, PC350s, XFX XXX 750w PSU.
This game desperately needs some sandbox elements. Repetitive grinding is not fun.

I play on Harbinger and Swiftsure... the two main servers chosen as the unofficial oceanic servers. What I stated was fact regarding the queues of those servers.

I stayed in Proudmoore and I will stay on Harbinger. Having a server that is in heavy usage 16 hours a day rather than the usual 8 is great.
