People like you are not only what's wrong with the RP community, or the game, you're what's wrong with the whole Human race. Please don't ever wander into a voting booth if that's how you think, you're only going to do more harm than good.

Do you even RP?

I'm surprised there is still an RP community, I feel like Second Life would give better skins and animations to facilitate roleplaying.

If someone needs "simulated living" to RP, because they can only "RP" if they have a virtual Barbie in a virtual Barbie Dream House in front of them to manipulate, then probably so.

then again, I shouldn't be surprised, after all - this is the world where people buy hot coffee, spill it on themselves and then successfully sued the company that sold them that coffee... for it being hot >_>
help me out here, but where does it say the chair has a timer in MULTIPLE places?

this thread it seemed uncertain:
http://www.swtor.com/community/showt...=649839&page=2
and on that thread was a dev comment directing people here:
http://www.swtor.com/info/news/blog/20130611
which shows a person sitting in a chair and does not include a timer. the toon on the chair isn't holding coffee, so i'll just assume you were confused when you wrote that part.

did YOU assume the chair would have a timer because YOU decided that it SHOULD perform certain function YOU want it to? makes no sense to me why you're berating the OP for exhibiting the same behavior you're exhibiting. from what i've seen, the picture of the chair was released without text clarifying how it functioned. so what's the difference between you assuming it's on a timer and the OP assuming bioware would release something that their players had actually asked for?

It didn't, did it?

It's easier to fix one item rather than fix an entire world. So how about you test out the chair and report any problems you encounter, rather than complain that it's just a healing item?
I would be happy to, the problem is that EA does not give a crap about roleplayers, which is why we never get anything. I know this for a fact because a freind of mine knows a real life contractor that worked for SWTOR, and she told him that when RP request came into the office, the developers did not even bother with them, which explains why all the content we get is new flashpoints, new operations, cartel market items to wear, a warzone now and then, and thats it. We dont have chat bubbles, sittable chairs, more rp friendly emotes ect, in short we get nothing. They told us a long time ago that this would change, and we are still waiting, in short, it was a lie. Feel free to defend them, put on your chapstick and kiss their backsides, believe every word they say. Those tin hats are looking good on ya. :P

Well what is it you think you need to facilitate your RP?

If your imagination is so limited, perhaps you should move to Second Life.

The chair should be on a timer, like the twilek dance.

Atleast 10 minutes before recasting
