One-Time Passwords are beyond annoying

Just came back to the game to see that annoying thing.

I don't even mind if someone steal my account, i'd just be a bit bothered.

The fact that I have to open my email virtually every time I log in is much more of an annoyance than having the ultra-slight risk of having my account stolen

Considering I don't know anyone (up to 2 degrees I believe) who plays MMOs, nor am I a careless interwebz surfer, the possibility of an account theft is SO slight, that is possibly lesser than 1 e-10%

Any way to disable it?

Having a physical key generator to worry about (I travel a LOT) is even more annoying

Had enough not-so-nice experiences with my bank account's 'security key' already.

Attach the security thing to your computer, problem solved. (If someone steals your computer I think you have more important things to worry about...)

Issue is, it is a laptop that is constantly in transit.

If you have a smart phone....which I assume you do if you travel for business...than the security app is free. No cost ...no issues.

Except it's only available for iOS and Android. There needs to be apps for Windows Phone and probably Blackberry.

They will eventually have an app for the windows phone I'm sure...Blackberry? Jury is out on that one.... who knows how long they will be around. At least Bioware has the apps on the two most popular phone systems...and they are free. It's really easy to use and you never have to reconfirm any email address.

Except... they tend to just stop working especially for people like myself who are constantly traveling in less than ideal wireless network locations.

The alternative is that Bioware could refine the OTP trigger requirements to identify the location you are accessing your account from rather than the individual IP address. Rift did this, I think I needed to unlock my account all of 3 times over 4 months. And their system at least let you play the game whilst waiting for the password to come through...
