I won't be able to abuse Lightning Effusion for offheals whilst dps'ing either. It's a sad day.

The only good thing coming from this patch

Assault Specialist (Vanguard)
Assault Trooper now properly grants bonus critical damage to Ion Pulse, as the tooltip for the skill claims.
