Fix your terrible computers if you're such a pro at it.

Process of elimination, if not all clients are experiencing an issue with the software, it is an individual issue. Blanket statements are self-defeating because nobody can fix it for you.
You obviously don't work in the software industry.

While I don't agree with the OP's tact. I mean, it is far too early to be demanding and giving ultimatums; they do need some time to figure it out and when you take into account the large number of issues, configurations, locations and problems - that can take a lot of time.

However, if not all clients are experiencing an issue; it is nothing more or less than an issue between that user, their system, and the software. Any of the three can be at fault; and in fact it is harder to debug when it is NOT all clients.

Quite often software fails on it's end due to an odd setting, a hardware support issue or any other myriad of things.

So, sure it may be his issue. But, it may very well be the software and just a rare or hard to reproduce issue.

People really need to stop demeaning others because they are not sharing the same experience - on both sides of the fence.

Could not agree more. I am happy for those with no problems and I may be shall we say a little "blunt" at times but I am a straight to the point sort of person. I do really like the game and im enjoying it tons and I do think Bioware have done an awesome job, these issues that alot of players are having though are pretty serious and damaging to there hardware, it's not something that can wait for a responce that may never come.

Either way im guna do some more testing and hopefully today's patch has improved things.

That GAMEBOOZE site you linked - I went and read the instructions on how to "Fix" the problem. Essentially just a guide for any game you can't get working, and all the suggestions (apart from running it in window mode) were generic USER problems caused by other software or network hardware. Doesn't really support your argument at all.

Along with everyone else, I've yet to see a complaint in the chat about any problems with computers.

I suggest if you're getting BSOD - go to your start menu, right-click your "Computer" and click "Manage". Go read the error logs for the time your PC crashed - it will tell you what EXE or DLL caused the error, that will probably tell you if it's a problem with the client or your drivers/other software.

Good luck, hope you fix your errors soon.

What you're waiting for won't happen because the problem is with your crap computers, not the game.

You're providing no actual troubleshooting steps, you're just dropping anecdotal (remedial/misinformed at that) evidence and then saying it's up to someone else to fix it.
WHy are you being a child i hear people complaining in the game about this all the time i have a well over min spec computer and my FPS are way lower then they should be you sir are trolling just to troll the people in here are trying to get a legit problem fixed that really does not effect you in the least and you are acting like a child.

These issue are real and need to be addressed.
I think your thread would be more helpful if you listed your specs and everyone else having these problems did the same. At least you could see if you share any hardware, drivers or the like.

Well I don't know about any of the others but for me patch made things worse and now I am getting actual game crashes where I didn't before.....getting it on my testing computer aswell....frame rates just crashing down to 1-10 fps with 800-600 res and everything turned off.....reproduced on all types of settings....

I am running out of patience with it and starting to think this is just how the game is going to be for good.

Il give it until next month after that if these performance and client problems continue il just be cancelling my subscription.

Bump.

Still zero communication from bioware about these ongoing and game breaking issues. My guild recruited around 5+ more players today, all of them have these issues, almost everyone I speak to is having these issues. Alot of them play alot less because of these issues.

Come on bioware just communicate a little.
