you need to read better.

150kk credits. there is not a typo there.

150 000 000.

Please, tell me how you would make that in 45 mins :P

Perfect example of a Biodrone making up excuses against an upset customer who has a valid complaint. I really doubt this guy is trying to pull something if he's been around since early access and loves the game as much as he claims. Of course no one can prove this, but jumping on the Biowagon saying he's making it up or must be wrong somehow is childish.
No, I am speculating.. just like everyone else, yourself included... because unless you are the OP, you have no idea if anything he said was actually true.

Again.. do you honestly expect Bioware to give any player anything they claim they lost if they are unable to verify in their logs? Do you? Do you?
When you find yourself surrounded by hostile Clowns... always go for the "Juggler" first.

Sadly, he probably lost his job for that. Most of the reps are really nice, but I feel like they're not supposed to be.

Hello guys, haven't posted here because was waiting for CS to answer my 4th ticket (2 days now, no response).
Anyway, here goes..
1. The initial ticket I wrote here , and John's response here .
2. My second ticket , this was a large letter to CS pleeding them to restore the items. It hang for 5 days, then got deleted and closed 0__o.
3. I opened a 3rd one insulted by the way this was managed. There came Anthony's response here and here . After this I came to the forums.
4. Finally, my 4th ticket that some of you advised I should post. This has been unanswered. I suspect it will also be deleted in a few days.

Feel free to bash me around for being a liar friends.

Try filing a ticket going by the instructions posted in this thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=159409

That said, reading some of the responses to your tickets, it may not be any help.

If their logs really expire after 30 days, that's something that they should, well, stop from happening. We already know that mail can exist in excess of six months (that's what I know personally, anyway), so it'd be interesting to know why mail from the GTN disappears irretrievably after 30 days (though I'd expect the same reason as to why we can't have more than 25 quests in our quest log).

Because of that answears it would help to see some people proofing that they got their deleted stuff after 30 days.
Deleting mails after 30 days is stupid anyways but it should never happen that mails are deleted when they come with items or money. Never.

The removal of the log confirms my guess that it's too much information to keep on file, at least for this game. That doesn't mean I don't think that can change, but right now it's how it works.

It is, of course, surprising to me since many other games have little to no trouble restoring almost everything lost, including mail after an account is hijacked.

At any rate, I think a simple log file should be held for 90 days for all automatically deleted emails. At least if the names of the items were stored in a simple text file the information would be of minimal size.

That's what my second ticket was all about. It detailed that one char had a Korrealis and Life bundle, and another had 2 Rakghoul crystals. I asked them to restore at least these items and forfeit the hundreds of far less valuable CM sh*ts.

Still no answer to 4th ticket, sub runs out Saturday so: 1. Guess I'm not getting anything. 2. I won't be able to post here anymore.

As my last words I'd like to state that I refuse to accept this as my fault, this situation is totally f**ked up and I hate it.

Wish y'all better luck and a more positive experience with this [overall very good] game, hope you learn from my awful mishap and avoid this kind of situation.

Yes, I've had the same problem. I lost my bowcaster, sand people armor, etc that I had mailed to an alt because I was without internet access for about 2 months.
