Here's hoping that in your next response you will have the courage admit that your insinuations that the OP was lying and your implications against the OP in your first post in the thread were logically unsound.
Your logic is no better or worse then mine on the topic.

Keeping it crisp and simple.. IF the OP had the items in question (we don't know, we only have is statement), and IF he correctly reported the information to CS (we don't know if he did or did not) then CS can look up the logs and verify that he had GTN items expired, dropped into the mail, never claimed, wiped by the 30 day timer, and therefore eligible to be restored.

As Kilora has stated severa times in this thread, people can and do get items back (even due to stupid mistakes on their part) when they are able to present CS with information needed to open the logs to verify the items were posessed (and not sold or given to other players, in an effort to game the system). I have friends in game that have also met with the same success as Kilora.

In closing.. this thread was not started as an appeal to get ones alledged lost content back. It was a venomous attack oriented "I quit" thread. As such, it is open immediately to critical eye and nothing stated need be taken at face value. You are free to take everythng the OP said at face value if you wish. I am free to question and point out the apparent absurdity of it as well. Neither of us can prove we are right, or wrong.

If you do not like my opinions, please put me on /ignore.

Please stop attacking me for being skeptical and questioning and pointing out flaws in what the OP presented. For all we know.. he was trying to scam Bioware, failed, got pissed that he failed, and quit.

Prove me wrong. You can't. It's your opinion vs. mine. That's all you got.. well that and ad hominem attacks on character and accusing me of being a Bioware Staffer. Which is what people do when they cannot convince on the merits of their opinions. Lame sauce IMO.

If I ever see you in a thread where you turn a critical eye on Bioware or the reps, I will certainly change my opinion that you have an agenda.

As far as the OP goes, he claims to have a reputation on his server as a high end seller. Nobody from his server has disputed that. If he really is a well known high end seller, that gives even more weight to his already logically believable claim.

As far as trying to say that if he was being honest then Bioware would have restored it, you cannot possibly make that argument with a straight face. These forums are littered with cases where someone got generic responses to support requests, frequently unrelated to their problems, only to later have a different support rep actually help them.

I've experienced that exact scenario for myself, where one or two or three CS reps give canned responses that don't help and persistence gets me to a rep who knows how to help me and then they do.

I'll stop viewing you as a company shill the moment you demonstrate you actually have a neutral starting point and you let the facts guide you. Looking through your post history, I cannot find a time where you ended up criticizing Bioware. I mean, Eric Musco came out and apologized for the misleading free-to-play transitioned promotional language, but in your post history there you are telling people that they're at fault if they made a wrong assumption and that bioware never told them what they think they were told.

When the community manager posts something contrary to the position you're taking, and you still insist on trying to bend logic to paint Bioware in the best possible light, and your position is contrary to what the company is actually saying ... what do you expect people to conclude?

By all means, prove me wrong. I would love to see how much you could help with constructive criticism if you applied your intellect to identifying things that need to be improved and giving workable solutions and suggestions to Bioware to that end.

I hope we can both agree that we enjoy the game, but that it could be better in a lot of areas.

In all honesty, that last post was unnecessary.

Please refrain from debating your opinion of a PERSON in public forums. This is not the place for that.

If you have a problem with Andryah and would ilke to discuss it with her, please use the private messaging system. Otherwise, refrain from posting.

These forums are meant as a way for us to communicate about opinions and actions and such -- NOT players. You stated your opinion, others stated theirs, and plenty of us have pointed out factual inconsistencies. In the end -- it doesn't matter what happens, nor does our opinion matter.

That is precisely why this thread should NOT have been created in the General Discusison forum.

This comment shows me you see things in a filtered manner. And it's funny.. this very topic was discussed earlier today in another thread. Read my post history more objectively, and you might enlighten yourself as to your error in judgement so far. Even better, ask Lord Artemis about this very topic. Go ahead, ask him. LA and I do not often agree on topics, but at least he is objective enough to acknowledge that I am critical of some things about this game and that I do also agree with other people who are when I actually agree with them.

What is my view on Collections and binding to character rather then across characters? Go ahead.. I'll wait... because I know you have no clue... because you only read what justifies your continued personal attacks toward me.

As far as I can tell..neither did anyone confirm his alleged status on his server. See... logic works both directions.

Add to that.. even if he has a solid rep on his server as some mega seller...it does not innoculate him from waking up one day and deciding to try to see if he can scam Bioware on an items claim. Once again... logic works equally well from a perspective of healthy skepticism as it does by optimism.

There isn't a person on this forum who disagrees that the game could make some serious improvements. Implying that SOME people think this game is perfect is silly at best and simply not true.

Well obviously that's what happened, but not returning the items is ridiculous. I find it hard to believe bioware cannot do this. Real life should always be the number one priority. I honestly don't blame the guy for leaving. This games CS is one of the worst I've personally experienced.

Doesn't really matter though, id bet anything this game will not last another two years. Mark my words!

You honestly expect Bioware to give him a list of items he claims got lost in the mail, when they cannot confirm it in their logs? Seriously?

They have very deep and complete logs and telemetry on this game from everything I have seen. But if the guy is not able to give them accurate information for them to use to search the log files.. that's on him... not Bioware. And honestly the only time you are going to get stonewalled on a request like this is if you give them incorrect information and they cannot pinpoint the log entries to confirm the problem. People in this game have done dumb things (people I know personally in some cases) like deleting things of value by mistake.. and are able to get them restored.

Personally, I think either he is making stuff up (none of us can confirm or deny anything he is saying) or he gave incomplete information in his ticket and they can't find the log entries (because he gave them bad data). Giving him the benefit of the doubt.. it is the later, rather then the former. But either way.. this thread is a rant without evidence and we are supposed to take his word for it and go burn down the Austin Design Center over it.

Lol what? You realize you just made up half of what you just said, right? Its his fault because he gave them bad info/made it all up? Seriously?

Perfect example of a Biodrone making up excuses against an upset customer who has a valid complaint. I really doubt this guy is trying to pull something if he's been around since early access and loves the game as much as he claims. Of course no one can prove this, but jumping on the Biowagon saying he's making it up or must be wrong somehow is childish.
