So then ell me what exactly does going to the forums solve for him if it never happend exep for a ban?
And what he describes is pretty common and happend to alot of people as well as what you wrote. Both things happen often enough to make it believable.
So i see no indicator for him beeing a liar? What exactly makes you shure that it never happend?

I'd recommend escalating -- because I've personally had items restored after 30 days, with no issues whatsoever.
I never made the claim about logs, that was OP. I just had a nearly identical issue. That was the response I received when asking if it was possible to restore the items or refund the credits received (I have no idea if the items even sold. When I returned my mailbox was empty)

So, you saying that it happens often means it does?

I see obvious indications of lies. One of these MUST be a lie.

1.) Logs say items didn't exist.
2.) Items were removed from mail after 30 days.
3.) Items existed at all.

If the items were solely removed from mail, because of the 30-days -- they would say that. They wouldn't tell you they have no logs of you ever having the item. That is purely untrue.

I, personally, have had items restored after 30 days. So, I have no reason to believe he couldn't re-submit a ticket were this the case. Just like you're opinion, this is based off of anecdotal evidence. But, the original argument I have still stands -- the logic in the post does not add up.

So with that screenshot wouldn't that make you a liar by your logic. Because it stats that it is not possible to give items back after 30 days. What did you do to get them back do you have some proof for your story?

They've also stated that it is not possible to have a character restored more than once, but I know people that have had them restored multiple times in order to rename their characters as many times as they want. That was before 2.1 was out, so not sure if that would still be possible, but I would imagine it is.

First of all -- I am not the one making ridiculous claims. MANY people have gotten items back.

Were I not at work, I would go on, find the ticket, and screenshot the response. They HAPPILY restored my mail.

Thank you for trolling me, though. When my argument is directed at the OP and you clearly have no information about his situation that pertains to my question/statement.

Lol given that you ***** and moan in most threads you likely deserve some of the responses you get. Have you ever posted something positive or to help someone?

Guys, I didn't lie, I have proven records of Korrealis vendoring on Red Eclipse.
In fact, this was my last one and there's just around 3 left on the whole server.

I have no reason to lie, I only posted here after getting three tickets declined.

I was very discouraged by this fact, is all. I didn't think I'd get so badly punished just for the fact I didn't know spesifics about GTN mailing, thus my desperate decision, which by all means I didn't take upon lightly, especially for the year and a half of time played, near 400$ invested and 14 characters raised in this game.

EDIT: if there is a chance I was unlucky with CS reps I could attach screenies of my tickets here, maybe community managers can influence a more thorough analysis from CS, do you think?

There is an initial statement that that one individual is unable to restore items, then a lengthy explanation of the system. I'm also a bit suspicious of the "on this occasion" bit. Kind of implies that on another occasion they _would_ be able to restore the items.

If possible, I would suggest if anyone else at CS is able to restore the items under any circumstances, and who those people and what those circumstances are. Really it just seems like a dodge, not that something cannot be done.

I'm sorry, but you cannot be telling the truth in every one of those statements.

If the items were removed because you didn't get the items in the mail within 30 days, they WOULD NOT TELL YOU that there are no logs of you having the item. They would just say, "30-day limit for GTN mail."

I'd have it escalated. Or call CS. Because plenty of other people have had it done.
And plenty of people have had characters restored 3+ times (limit is supposed to be 1).
I've had items restored to me after deleting them, mailing them to the wrong person, not seeing a GTN mail for over 30 days, etc.
