Armortech useless for Tanks?

So going per the suggestions of the codex, Sith Warrior should pick armortech, and it kinda makes sense since it'd be nice to keep my armor top of the line when lvling

I start going through the schematics. and everything that it lets me make is gonna give a bonus to cunning/end or aim/end

Even clicking the 'untrainable' filter to see everything I can potentially learn to make is showing me zero gear that gives a bonus to str/end(which is what i want since im a tank)

am i missing something?

Armormech is for Non-Force user armor. Synthweaving is for force user armor. Need to drop armormech and grab synthweaving.

Yes...synthweaving is what you are looking for. Synthweaving= force user armor while armortech=non-force user armor.
