Sorc saber nearly worthless?

I love my Sorc and lightning is fun as cab be, but I'm sad that her light saber is all but for show. Why aren't there more powers utilizing it or at least use it in the casting of some powers. Maybe a finishing move where you throw it for a stab or include it in a lightning cast where you use it as some sort of focusing enhancer like wand of sorts even.

I understand that the Assas uses her double and for some real saber action you have to go warrior, but still, as a Sith with a saber, I hate to see it go so unused.
I'd like to sit down with the guy responsible for having Busta Rhymes fight Michael Myers in HALLOWEEN RESURRECTION. Then, before he could speak, I would slap him so hard his face would explode and his dog would die." - Jim Law

Kind of the wrong section, but anyway, I agree the Inquisitor, especially the Assassin should be utlilising Niman, Juyo and/or Jar'Kai it seems only natural.
I am the Battlemaster of the Jedi Order. I've struck you down once already. Today, I'm finishing the job.

Perhaps it saddens you but it's how it is. Darth Vader was a Sith Warrior and the Emperor an Inquisitor. If you've watched the movies, you know how much he used a lightsaber.

What I miss is a bit more variety in weaponry. Sorcs with a force staff would be a nice one for me, but I am happy as it is with my 2 sorcs

Well, in Revenge of the Sith he used it quite well and to great effect, plus he had Vader to fight for him most of the time.

My sorc uses his to cut his meat at dinner.

Once a year at Thanksgiving he gets to be a carving star.
For every man there is a sentence, a string of words, which has the power to destroy him.

They use it to deflect blaster bolts but I agree it needs more use. I think they should get some kinda of saber throw auto attack ability.

I'd rather they let me switch it off in combat entirely. Since I'm not using it anyway. Now it looks like a silly glowing wand.... which is not used in any way either.

This would be nice, particularly since the Saber-palming animation looks so awkward anyway. I've been tempted to just not equip one anyway...yes it weakens me but I look better without it and it's not like the game is hard to solo or anything.

Invisible weapons would also be nice for Powertechs and most Scoundrels/Operatives, too.

The SI light saber is like a stat stick. Personaly mine would drop his lightsaber and user a blaster pistol so if I did run out of force I could hang backand shoot and not go run at the monster.
