What ever happened to "subscribers will get to enjoy added features to the game at no extra cost"?

Why don't they start charging us cartel coins for an talent tree respec too?

Why don't they start charging us cartel coins to remove and add mods from our gear?

No extra cost my ***. Every other game allows for their 'barber shop' to be paid with in in game credits, real money isn't even in that picture. I give them my 15$ a month so i don't have to pay for extra features because it's worth it to me. This is an unfair jab at subscribers.

Edit : Many people seem to think this is about money (which in a sense it is) but for me it's mostly about principle. The kiosk should not be done with real money period. Add extra unlockables for cartel coins or for F2P players, thats fine. But if I'm giving you my 15 dollars a month I shouldn't have to pay for things that should be included.

Edit 2: I also couldn't give two ***** about the cathar, I have zero interest in them at all so I really don't care how much they are. This is about the Appearance change kiosk, nothing else.

Feel better now?

Is there a reason you could not just discuss your concerns in one of the existing threads on this issue? Sincere question.

Where are you getting the word "added?"

Because we could do those things pre-F2P.

Because those games had a barbershop pre-F2P or those games have no F2P option.

If you don't think getting a haircut for your characters is worth CC, then take your own advice: don't get one.

WoW is a pure-subscription game and it costs money to re-customize.

Quote:
How much does this service cost?
A single Appearance Change costs $15 (plus applicable taxes). This flat fee covers all customization options available for a single character.

Do you have a quote that shows them saying the subscribers would get access to all future game features at no extra cost? Playable content in updates yes they did say we would get (and we have got that).

Aion doesn't (not even if you have bought the 1 month "sub" unlock. So its not every other game.

its all about GREED and how much a company can get out of ppl. I for one wont waste my time spending anything on a new look. This should be in the game for regular credits and or FREE to subs. Better yet they should have made it a new profession like 'image Designer' Its getting sad seeing BW/EA milking use for every dime they can.

Unsubscribed due to no new Operations.
I am happy that there will be a renewed focus on story, I love story, its why I picked this MMO. But I picked an MMO, not an episodic single player RPG that I have to pay a subscription to receive the episodes.

Now is a good time to point out that subscribers get 500 coins a month just for being subscribed. If you've been playing the game at all, you probably got at least 100 coins from achievements when 2.0 went live too. This isn't costing subscribers a single extra penny out of their wallets. Not one penny.

Don't we get Cartel Coins for free each month? Customization costs 2000 coins I believe and we get 500 coins free each month. Have you been saving up? If not just wait 4 months and you'll get a free customization.
