hello guys.

sometimes when I used reklerness, discharge doesn't work..still 3stacks and a GCD wasted.

Lets say force crit is 20%. Recklessness gives 60%. So you have an 80% chance to crit a force move.

ah nvm. discharge doesn't use stacks if resists.

Just because the tool tip says something, doesnt mean it will do that. Force shroud, low slash, etc etc all fail to work from time to time, especially FS. The last time I checked, 100% is a max, you cant get better than that, but Biofail think differently
to strive to seek, to find. And not to yield.

It's very possible it was resisted. In other words, post 2.0, you can miss with force attacks. It's likely it has nothing to do with your recklessness.

wouldnt it simply mean your opponent had more than a 100% chance to hit you? for instance, my powertech has 107% hit chance with tech. you can get better than 100% all the time in MMOs it seems.

Anything over 100% is converted to more penetration instead. 100% is still the max chance of hitting someone. the 7% is a damage buff.
