But they're not and they're never going to be. So you can either pay for them or ignore them.

This is something that should have been in game since launch. It's QoL really, not content.

I can and will do so. I also can voice my opinion and give my input on that. I have the right to do so and I have chosen to use that right.
James Ohlen: " For 2012 we really want players to feel like they're getting their money's worth. You're going to see so many changes and additions to the Star Wars Universe. It's going to be impressive. We have our Update 1.2 coming in the next week and then after that it's going to continue to roll out month after month. It's exciting."

I am okay paying extra for Cathar. Race changed and any other drastic changes are mostly okay too. Honestly, it's not a big deal.
It's paying real money for a virtual haircut that gets me. It should be free for subscribers. Changing my hair, beard cyborg pieces, eye color or hair color shouldn't cost real money.

And no I have no saved my monthly cartel coins. I've bought different armour sets that I like with mine.

Content to me comes down to "something to do", so while standing on fleet spending either real cash/CC or credits to change my hair or eye color is technically "something to do", personally it would have a interesting lifespan of 10 minutes and them I'm back to the game world at large.

So in the lines of this thread i don't see this as content, but a feature. A good feature but that's all.

It is not content.

Just because you like a feature...doesn't make it content.

It is LITERALLY just giving you access to stuff already in the game. you can now access different shades, colors and skins already present.

By definition...content is NEW stuff added to an existing game.
Bioware doesn't seem to do that very often. they pass of reskinned crap as content....or cartel purchases.

New warzones or flashpoints = content.
New Classes = content
New ships= content
New planet= content

Anything that doesn't already exist....is content.

At the very least, "features" such as these motivate me to "do something." The only time I bother with either of the gear treadmills is when they can contribute aesthetically to my character. Thus, if they do not qualify as content in and of themselves in your eyes, for me at least, they make content worth participating in.

If it's in the game, it's content. Just because you might not consider it content does not make it non-content.

It's "cosmetic", not "content". They are not the same thing, don't be dumb.
