Reverse Engineer Bug

Jumped on my Artifice Alt and sent over some items that require a lvl 430 Artificer to RE, I was lvl 400 at the time so i lvled it to 430 and then moused over the item to reverse engineer (i wanted to learn how to make these items) sure enough it now allowed me to reverse engineer with a 20% chance of learning the patterns, So I worked my way through the items nothing, nothing, nothing then boom a message popped up saying I had insufficient lvl to learn this item.

So I got a proc, on an items that I have a 20% chance to learn only for it to tell me I have insufficient lvl. I am sorry but this is ********. If you can't lean a pattern from it, it shouldn't say you have a 20% chance to learn it.

Same here, I had 437 skill and got the same error. A word to the wise, don't RE anything until you've got max skill. It would be nice if they fixed this bug and/or gave us the schematics we unlocked even if we can't make them yet.

You can RE them with 440. BEcause then you can learn them from the vendor.
