Having the same issue, got a "pre-order" standard version from a friend last night (Amazon), entered the code from the mail I got and now the game shows as bought and in my origin games, however, it shows as "unreleased". Now I'm even more worried about this: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=55455 according to that FAQ, we won't be able to play after tomorrow unless we enter the product key... but I won't get the physical product for a looong time (friend lives in another state).

What to do?

A lot of troubles from "no support". As you can see i entered my code but cant understand accepted this code or not. Same thing: game will arrive to me only after 7-14 days but i dont know what means this "unreleased". I pre-ordered game, got my code from email, entered it... and code was accepted but cant subscribe without PRODUCT CODE what was already entered by me???

i purchased game and just want to play, how long i must wait?

If you are getting an error in the launcher indicating that there is no active subscription on your account, please see here for the required steps needed to rectify this issue.

Hi =) I saw this post and also few other what regard to this topic. But as you can see on my screens in post 1 my code does not check boxed. So:

4-Redeem an official Game Product Registration Code (This is different from your Pre-Order Code. Your Product Registration Code is the code tied to the official Game.)
5-Sign up for a recurring subscription or enter a Pre-Paid Game Time Code.
I entered my code (step 4) and site accepted it and identify my game version. But check box not checked. So i cant finish 4 step and 5 step is inactive for me. It is system issue or some thing. I posted ticket but i think i dont get answer 5 days minimum

Support answered on my ticket But same again: looks like they dont interested in screen shots of my problem. I ENTERED PRODUCT CODE site accepted it but this step is not finished (i wonder why). So i cant go to next step and still cant play

All I have from Origin is my "pre-order" code. When I try to enter it again, it says already used. I'm stuck too.

pre-ordered standard version. still no code. looks like my early game access didn't get me ahead of non preordering players after all
OMG! Imperial ships can get a .00008% power increase! Nerf the empire!

Wish they would mention where the code comes from with EA/Origin. Its not the one on the Origin software.
