Did it last night =)

Boy was I lucky to have a guildie with me, we had a great time together, really fun missions in this questline. Take your time to read the little signs along the way. It adds to the experience
Female Mandalorians who romanced Torian are missing his Resol'nare and Mando'a lessons conversations since 4.0 launched. Please fix this!

I just burned him down as fast as I could (dps sent, healer companion). Think I was level 53. After that fight, I fell. And fell again. And again.

I haven't been back since. Still working up the nerve. Love the place but it's a nightmare if you have issues with jumping

My 53 BH merc is having a time too.But I'm trying something. Try getting him out the door & then give him the Jet boost (or whatever equivalent is) He might fall into the abyss.

I'm a 55 sorcerer and I agree that Patient Zero is hardest mob I've soloed so far. I tried at 53 and got slaughtered. Then at 55, with better gear, I tried with healer, 2x. Then with Khem, 2x. Finally, I stayed totally in background and then let Khem tank & spank while I healed/bubbled him. The hairiest part was when Zero spawned his little zero's. Got thru that and kept Khem's health up, and finished with about 1% left on Khem and 50% on me. If there is an easier way or a trick, I don't know of it. Just keep trying.

I agree that place is great, but really horrible for vertigo. Love the signs. And I did try luring Zero out with no luck. Then I tried hitting him from the outside. I hit him, but he refused to move. I tried knockback out the door. None of them worked. Just used Khem to tank and spank and threw as many hits on Zero as possible in between heals/bubbles Khem. Took me so many falls off the dang platforms I gave up counting. Patience and you'll get him. Now to go get the Lord T. sigh.

Finished this last night. Took me 2 tries (54 Scoundrel Scrapper).

First time was meh when he started healing and his little sprogs showed up

2nd time was no problem on account of 5k/tick orbital strikes, 2.5k/tick force choke, 3k force chuck a toilet, 4k sticky grenade, 2.5k dirty kick, and a regular freighter fly by

These are the fights that Heroic Moment was made for (why does everyone forget about it?).

I went back after leveling to 55 and gearing up. And this time it was a good fight. Not too hard, but the little guys he spawns were annoying It was surprisingly easy considering how hard it was 2 levels ago.

I can only agree with those talking about vertigo and jumping. I honestly had a higher pulse rate through the last jumps than I did during the fight!

The last 2 quests were so much fun! Having read up on the last fight before the heroics, it was a breeze taking down the boss. On Ilum I quickly found people lfg for the heroic. Although we never found a tank willing to do the instance with us, we managed with 2 shadows and a sage after a couple of wipes.

I definatly wouldn't mind more challenging instances for solo play.

Heh, yeah, I tried that. Not working. When I finally got him on the platform and hit him with force wave, he fell and respawned, de-aggroing at the same time. And honestly, I often feel like cheating when I do win a fight that way.
Although I would have gone through with it at lvl 53

Completed this last night. Bring a friend, but do NOT share the mission. It scales with the group. If you don't share the mission it won't scale.just rail on him until he escapes or dies... Aside from the jumping madness, it was a good event.

I just posted in another thread about this but will post here too. I am a 54 Imp Agent and there is no way Im getting this guy. If I stop healing my companion long enough to get off a few shots, or use my Legacy skills, or ANYthing, the comp is dead. He regens so fast that there is just no way. Like said, if I stop healing long enough to pop off an interrupt or help do dps, the comp is dead. (Comps are geared about the same as me, not great, but ok for every other mob in the game).
I am not the best geared but I have not had any problems soloing anything, on any class, since the start of the game. Some things took more skill and a few tries to get down but I solod every single class quest boss (I have 8 50s) and every quest mob that I needed to do solo those 8 chars to 50. No sweat. Til this guy. I am giving up on him until something happens. Maybe next xpac when I gain 5 more levels HA.
