When healing, click their place in the ops frame instead of trying to click the actual character, who's probably moving all the time. Much easier.

I have about 20 characters, so things get a little more patterned than most:

E = forward
C = reverse

W = melee (shiv, stockstrike) or anti-melee (pulse, wave)
R = short cooldown attack
T = ranged short cooldown attack
Y = ranged area/special
A = Charge/ranged DoT, often attack-starter
S = stun
F = strong attack
G = situational attack (backstabs, retaliation, etc)
H = heal
Z = medpac
X = stun break
V = area attack
N = long cooldown
1 = defensive cooldown
4 = energy/ammo/force replenish
Shift-D = high damage/finisher
Shift-T = speed/escape
Shift-F = strong debuff
Shift-G = annoying crowd control (push, pull, grapple)

It helps a lot when you have a ton of characters and switch between them a lot. When I switch to a character I haven't played in a while, I can still play reasonably well right away, simply because the reactions to certain situations use similar keys. If someone is in my face, hitting W or F will usually be a good thing, and I can spam R on most of my characters for grenades, shock, slash, etc.

Naga Mouse with everything bound to it. Use 1 - = for main abilities plus ctrl, shift and ctrl + shift modifiers. Target center screen enemy is scroll down on mouse wheel, interrupt is scroll up.

I have a buddy who keyboard turns and clicks as a Sent. and it drives me crazy. He says he does fine but in a game where we were in separate groups we both queued and were on opposing teams. He said in mumble this should be easy as he already knows who the healer is.

He couldn't stay on target for more than a second. I kited him around that in cube in the middle of AH the whole match(while healing so he wasn't even slowing me down) while the DPS burned him down. There is no way you can keyboard turn and keep up with someone slowing you and pillar humping. It's just not possible unless they are drunk and keep running into the wall.

I'm basically only doing warzones and that requires keybinds. I've got around 23binds on every toon.

Then I drop it down to 4th gear and double clutch -> shift + gas pedal.

JK I use keyboard like everyone else who is gonna answer this thread
I saw you Granny shifting, not double clutching like you should. You are lucky that 100 shot of NOS didn't blow the welds off the fan intake on your computer.

So..... State whether you're a clicker or a keybinder (During PVP) and why?
Wow... another keybinders vs. clickers thread. I guess a lot of people here need a thread like this periodically to rip on clickers and make themselves feel awesome.

The only things I specifically keybind are target selects and my HP potions, otherwise I'm a clicker. Some (many) will choose to classify me as "bad" because of this, but considering my individual situation, it just works best for me.

Regarding the OP question of "why," I suffer from Parkinson's disease and severe arthritis. My motor skills are therefore not as fast or reliable, and the simple act of reaching up and hitting F/number keys can be brutally painful.

Considering GCD's, i don't feel that clicking puts me at a disadvantage. Situational awareness (I play at 5760x1080 resolution, so I see everything around me) and knowledge/understanding of my opponent from having played all other classes evens the playing field.

I may not be as fast as some of theyounger players, but I consistently finish warzones in the top 2-3 overall for damage and/or kills. Not bad for a physically handicapped 68 year old grandmother. (really)

The little devil on my shoulder says you should type that in chat after kicking butt in WZs. The rage, the tears, the anguish.... they'll flow forth like the mighty Niagra.

Aha, I like this thread. I'm a clicker, I have two main bars and a half a bar on the side (vertically) for certain skills. I move around a lot with my left hand, and my right does all the clicking.
However, I do have my Target as Tab, and for when I'm on my Merc, I have a button on my mouse to switch to nearest teammate.

This is what is most comfortable for me, and by now I basically know where all of my skills are so its very easy for me.
