The system has blocked any purchases for my account. Tried to buy Cartel coins and I get the " Unable to process Error:NU2001" code. Got this before when I got a lil spending happy with cartel market and system blocked purchases due to possible fraud, which wasn't the case, just wanted alot of coins was all. That got fixed after 3 1/2 combined hours of sitting on the phone between 2 phone calls. Got resolved and was advised to not make as many purchases in a short time frame. No problem. Played this lil game of spreading out purchases. Now, I see in my account ledger that NUMEROUS entries of subscription (6 of them on the same date) and security key (5 of themon the same date) coin grants show up, only 1 Security grant was actually credited ( as it should be) yet 2 of the 6 subscription coin grants we credited to my account (1 more than should be) and now I'm getting this NU2001 error. Your system screwed this up and needs to be remedied. Yes, I know, call the support center, however, that system is messed up as well because your automated system of hurdle jumping for "Press # to do X" is NOT RECOGNIZING numeric tones from phones (land touch tone phones, cell phones, cordless land line phones, etc.). Now if you don't wanna sell any more cartel coins, fine. This block, that again, your system has glitched and done to my account will also not allow me to renew a subscription in the future, fine. You don't wanna fix it, then I will take my money elsewhere. In closing... fix your system.

Same here after buying soooooooooooooo many coins with no problem after already having this problem and calling once to have it fixed, now its back. NU2001 *** *** *** RAGE



Ive had enough of this crap now, ive spent to much on this game to be F'D around, strange how this has happened after maintenance.

Oh this is nice... created an in game ticket about the phone service not accepting the numeric tones for menu choices on their automated system..... Got the Copy and Paste response to contact them via phone to settle the issue.
Ummm hello? Did you even read what I typed? I know English... wrote it in english.... I don't know french, or german, or hiroglyphics, or egyptian, or early american indian symbols...... guess i'm gonna have to google a translator or something.

It's not your card or anything its BW/EA has no idea how to fix the problem, making us sit on hold for hours, rude responses from CS, and wanting us to send copies of our passports to another country.

BW/EA just admit you have not or can not fix this problem and that it is on your side, no one of the many posts has found a problem on their end.

Quit making your customers jump through hoops for nothing.

It a joke to sit on hold for over an hour then be told they are transfer you to 2nd level only to be told "I had to send in copy of ID or Passport that they could not send ticket to billing because billing won't even look at tickets with this complaint unless they have ID or Passport (not going to happen). I'm not sending government issued ID to another country.

No this is a NEW problem, it has only happened after last patch or free cartel coin allotment, BEESODD come and help us please......

I'm not going to send my ID either, but I can't even get past the menu options cause no matter how I press the number pad on my phone, it will not advance the menu. The system does not recognize that I'm pressing a numeric tone on my phones for a choice in their menus. I can't even get far enough to sit on hold. It's ridiculous. When I experienced this problem in the past, I was never asked to send a photo copy or fax of any personal identification to anyone, and my issue was resolved... and now this?

The thing is i just got my monthly cartel coin allotment yesterday too and this has happened to two people in the EXACT same way......

-The free cartel coin allotment
-The maintenance today

Unfortunately, other than gathering data and escalating as needed, I can't directly intervene in billing issues of this nature. The way forward on this is to wait over 24 hours between attempts, or contact us again.
