The first one I'm pretty sure this is a very similar rifle to it, of the second one, I do not know.

Image of person with it: http://47th.info/images/td17a.jpg

Alleged name: [H-411 Battle Saboteur]

EDIT: Torhead's screenshots of the H-411 Battle saboteur take it appear differently, I think the quote was wrong. You can check since I think the H-411 is in the pvp weapons (the pre-50 ones).

It's called the Black Talon Scout's rifle. The scope is on the side a bit, but whatever, it looks very similar.

Black Talon Scout's rifle IS the same rifle from the first pic. It's just a matter of perspective.

There are two Specialty Goods vendors in the Commercial District underneath the Senate Plaza. One sells the usual stuff you'd expect the planet's Specialty Goods vendor to sell. The OTHER one sells all of the weapons that drop from the flashpoints "The Esseles" and "The Black Talon". So if you really want that Black Talon Scout's Rifle on your Trooper, you can still buy it...but you will have to replace all of the Cunning mods in it with Aim mods.
