Earlier he made it seem like this was the case but on wednesday he clarified that this was only for mobile games A week ago it seemed that Jorgensen was claiming all games from EA would support microtransactions but last wednesday he clarified this. All future games will have the possibility for them but not all games will actually support this. Jorgensen made the comment according to Polygon All mobile will support small transactions in the future because most of these are F2P. According to Jorgensen players value this way to purchase ingame-content. For pc and consolegames EA is still looking for a way to implement this. This should be seen as microtransactions for expansions [read DLC] rather than upgrading current content Halfway 2012 it was already clear EA was charmed by the idea of F2P. Peter Moore, COO of EA, already said that published would make money from microtransactions in the near future Yes its kinda an old thread but I saw this pop up today on Tweakers (a renowned techsite) and decided to bump the thread. Tweakers is the #1 news source for tech, software etc. In these matters much more trustworthy and less biased than De Telegraaf

But don't think of it as making a sarcastic comment about the state of TOR subscription numbers. Think of it instead as making a sarcastic statement to indicate the level of credibility I feel the post to which I replied possesses.

Pulse news had an article about it, sadly it was a few weeks ago and my tablet doesn't let me go that far back. But the game is officially on hold - not cancled, but on hold.
