What is the exact number I have to enter in skype, for it to allow a call which i dont need to buy skype time?
Calling from Denmark, so that would be to the UK.
It's fairly easy to get .... frustrated with this means of "service"...

BTW 0203 564 5481 just makes skype ask for subscription or credit.

You gotta love having to pay for customer support?

There will be a charge for calling support. Using Skype the call cost will be lower. There is no free phone line available for support any longer.

Yes I read in everything that you apologize for not commiting to any kind of service.
It is great to have to pay for a game that you have to pay for to reset af password.
I wonder if you are not the only customer service online that has no e-mail services or other options.

I highly recommend that you review your options besides not giving a **** to my comments here...

There is an e-mail support, but so far only thing i have gotten there is "we can fix it when you call us. for security reasons, you have to call us. our numbers are...", so not really much of a support (esp. compared to "the other subscription-based MMO", which has free phone support in >15 countries and skype)

Now I am truly excited about your fantastic customer service.

I fell into that deep dark pit of despair and surrendered. Called the customerservice and met the GREAT USELESS menu of no use!

After having gone through most of them and having to re-dial because one leaves you with nothing.
I am back here.

So what is the menu choices to get the secret question reset?

I know what to do to reset my password..... wauw go to and go ... yourself.
Next go ... yourself.

Anyway as I am a very kind and gentle person, not easily pissed of... I am ready to listen very carefully so it is obvious for me to know if I am getting screwed or not.

I dont want to reset my login password.
I dont want to go to the website and order a key.
I dont want to keep writing here.
I just want to get to talk to someone, which you claim supossedly should be on the other end of the customer service menu labyrinth.

Waiting with utmost patience!

Oh this reminds me...

When I was a referred account, there was no help either.

So to sum it up.

Free account - no customer service
Referred account - no customer service
Paid account - no customer service......
Still you can pay to call customer service, and be referred to which cannot help you YAY!
