Think it comes from the MMo mentality of the higher the level the more bizarre it becomes.. They need to change the mindset and have people aiming to get a simple version and start off with lvl 1 looking like that aunt that hates you made a fancy dress costume

Maybe I'm just weird, but I actually quite like most of these looks (Minus the phallic warrior gear, but I don't play a warrior, so meh).

The Trooper gear in particular looks amazing. Can't wait to get those pieces on my Vanguard. I just hope they do different coloring for different set bonuses like the old gear.

some look "ok", some look absolutely horrible. (like the inquisitor gremlin), some look misplaced on class (like the sith warrior).

But they they all suck in comparision to most of the early armors ingame.

I hadn't looked at the Republic armors. The Trooper armors are awesome. I'll definitely dust off my Vanguard for those. Outside of maybe one helmet I really like the republic stuff, way more than I do the Empire versions (outside of the one agent). That one bounty hunter gear just...awful....

It looks like that set is both PvE (Underworld) and PvP (Firebrand).

This is a good point actually. I wish they'd take some of the early armors and just change their looks slightly. My Trooper looked most like a Trooper from 25-40 imo.

I don't mean to pile on here but yeah... the armor models in this game are really bad. I mean... really really bad.

Guys... you don't have the right people in the room. Plain and simple. You have the wrong team. Make some significant changes. Please.
