Made two purchases at 0415 pst 2/19/13 for 5500 and 1050 coins. Got a purchase receipt on the official site, but no confirmation email or bank charge as of yet.

UPDATE: At 0545 I noticed the coins were added to my account for both transactions.

Same problem, except I didn't get the emails. I got the Thank you for your purchase screen, but didn't get anything, so figured I'd read to fast and re-purchased. Still nothing.

Made 3 purchases of CC this morning about 4 hours ago, no dice on my Coins, but do have confirmation emails of the orders..Please fix this.

Also, I'll just post a reminder that players might wish to close tickets if they have raised them for this issue, and it is resolved for them.

You people are lucky you can even buy the coins, I have been trying for a month (not joking) about 50 times and I only got to purchase them ONCE! This is the Credit Card I use for everything so the problrm isn't there, been trying to contact support on the phone but it is already a 20min wait.... this is ridiculous really, Bioware/EA has to improve this or this game is faded to fail eventually, the community can only take so much.
