I removed the antivirus today, to see if it has something to do with this.

Then it could very well be another program or other firewall if you have it. You might want to try a selective startup/clean boot.

Which you can do by going to your start menu - Type in msconfig - Select selective startup, untick load startup items, click apply, go to the services tab, click 'Hide all Microsoft services' then click disable all, apply and OK. Then restart the PC and only start SWTOR but at the same time make sure just incase that all security type programs that are running have an exception for SWTOR.

No other firewalls, tried the cleanboot on first page, didnt help. Its some kind of magic I dont understand. It was wroking properly before th 1.7 patch, now it does not.

You will need to free up space on your C drive it is full, and wont help to run programs.

try doing a clean install of the previous version of video driver , not the version you are currently running.
