Having trouble defeating the General as she keeps healing herself. Got her health about one third down OK and just got stuck (am levelled up to 47).
Suggestions please.

Well, assuming your gear is as up to date as possible, I'll start with the most basic question/suggetion; is your interrupt bound and are you using it on the heal? If your interrupt is on CD and you see another heal warming up, do you use a stun? Doing this helps immensely against heals.

^^^ Exactly.

If you have a mouse with extra buttons on it, I would recommend binding the button next to your thumb to your interrupt. That helped me quite a bit.

Interupts are your best friend in boss fights, so many Consulars struggled with completing Act 1 because they had never touched their interupt (particularly the healers).

Stuns and any skills that can knock back the boss will also work.

I am level 43 and have the same problem. I have killed her not once, but 3 times and she will be laying there dead and then she comes back to life. Also I have ran outside the phase and rest it and re-entered. This is a bug/glitch that needs to be addressed and no, it is not my gear or my skill. I hit her with my stuns/interrupts etc. I interrupt her and the interrupt should last 4 seconds before she can cast another heal, but it is more like 2 seconds.

I have submitted a bug ticket in which case I won't get a response.

Today after client patch and server re-start I was able to complete as normal. I did have a guildmate tag a long as they didnít believe me, as they were able to complete it with no problem two days prior.
