7. This is a crash to desktop. The client drops to a loading screen, then hangs. After a period, windows indicates that SWTOR.exe has crashed and closes it. I can also force a crash earlier by tabbing to my task manager and ending task that way.

Have you spoken to dell at all about the number of crashes ? have you updated the bios etc ?

I see no reason to contact Dell because I didn't have ANY problems prior to 1.6

Ok just thought it may be worthwhile, I have had no issues myself after 1.6, but at the end of the day I can only offer suggestions.

EDIT:
Well, I just skimmed through my reliability reports and it turned out that I have this crashes like at least once a week.. Don't know if that changes anything but I feel it's worth mentioning.
