My account is locked due to security question answers. Email support tells me I can't resolve the issue through them and to use the phone. When I phone, which I have done every couple of hours since Monday, the phone service says volume of calls is too high (unexpected high volume Haha) and to please call back later. When is later? When will someone actually answer, or at least let me sit on hold? I understand that launch is busy, but customer service still needs to uphold a minimal standard. At this point, I feel like I'm being stonewalled or given the runaround.

I was on hold for 4 hours before I got a CS rep.

Everytime I mentioned the word "cancel" to a Origin CS rep something would mysteriously happen and my call/chat would be ended.

The CS sucks, bottom line. But the game is still fun =/

If you were ringing Origin CS you were doing it wrong. Origin can't unlock your security questions.
