What software do you guys use to stream your games live? Does Fraps have that function? I'm starting to use CamStudio for recording stuff, but the quality in MPEG-4 isn't all that great. (On the other hand, it was taken on the Imperial Fleet. With all those characters moving around, it's not a good place for much of ANYTHING.) SHould I record in some other format? Or lower resolution? Something?

Thanks in advance for your replies!
