Gear that is pve is for pve, and pve fluff items are things not necessary for either pve or pvp.

Therefore pve gear should be found in places ALL pve players can get to, and non-specific fluff items should be found in places all players can get to as well (unless they are rewards for passing gauntlets).

Forced flagging areas exclude many pve players on pve servers - people rolled on this server to be able to choose not to pvp if they don't want to.

CAUTION: DO NOT LOAD SWTOR UNLESS YOU HAVE AFTER-MARKET COOLING INSTALLED!!

Caught me before my edit. Thanks for picking up on that
That's why they call it space, cause there is so much of it.

You can already not get certain mounts, pets, and orange gear unless you do Operations. You can already not get certain mounts, pets, and orange gear unless you do Warzones.

Whithout the definition of PVE GEAR, talk is totaly useless.

Because for me the chest from malestorm (sm) can be usefull in PvP while levelling or not? So why i have to do a flashpoint for having it? Why i can't buy it whit Wz commendation?

Is the same!

There are item (fluffy or not) obtained in a PvP way, other in PvE way. Is like this in every MMO.

Disable expertise and cap stats for the zone? Equalize the playing field similar to their bolster system for lower level pvp? Or would that make the people who want that elite crusher stat standing to keep them apart from greens? Frankly, it's the only way I see PVE/PVP hybrid zones working without much gear stat disparity. Both should earn rewards towards their respective goals, able to fight and defend on equal terms excluding numbers.

I know this wont be a loved suggestion, but it's halfway instead of one or the other.
