Sick of this bug. Please fix. Another player confirmed the bug. I filed a bug report and ticket 16 Dec. The ticket went poof and the bug report was closed.

It's still happening and I'm sure 99.9% of the crafters have no clue there is a bug. There is.

If you mass retrieve emails with materials attached, it bugs and you get a stack of 99 and lose the rest.

So I sent an email with a stack of 99 mutagen paste and another email with a stack of 99 or less to my alt. I select both emails by checking the box to retrieve them together - bam what I get is only a stack of 99 mutagen paste with the rest who knows where.

Total fail you haven't fixed this and didn't restore my lost mats. Epic.

Hi! I just wanted to step in and clarify that if you need help in any way, you should file a help ticket so that Customer Support can communicate with you for resolution.

The purpose of a bug report is just that - to report something that you don't need help with but that is a bug you've seen in the game. Bug reports are always closed, but they are all seen by QA. However, when the ticket was closed, you should have received an email that said:

... Your report has been forwarded directly to QA, and you will not be contacted further regarding this issue. If you need additional help from a customer service agent to assist you regarding this issue, please submit a new help ticket under the appropriate category....


Hopefully this helps alleviate some frustration with regards to why your ticket was closed. Please submit a help ticket giving your details, and Customer Support will assist you.

Customer Service has restored lots of Mission Discoveries I've lost due to the bug where it vanishes if you already have that crew skill mission unlocked.

I think it's a shame the developers haven't made CS's lives easier by fixing these bugs that fall on them to handle, but at least they have been handling it well.

Just include the time the item loss occurred and the exact name of the item. They can't do anything without that.

You know, I have requested help with an issue through the in game system and I still get the message.

... Your report has been forwarded directly to QA, and you will not be contacted further regarding this issue. If you need additional help from a customer service agent to assist you regarding this issue, please submit a new help ticket under the appropriate category....

I don't see any reason to request help anymore, that is unless the in game system is only for reporting bugs.

Back when this first happened I filed a ticket and a bug report and of course the ticket 'magically' bugged and disappeared.

So again, I filed a bug report and another ticket and no response.

In fact - I have an open ticket 2.5 months open - the sand people pants is supposed to be bound to legacy and it's bound,

Why do I have to wait 2.5 months for an open ticket? You people need to either hire more CSRs or re-train them.
