I've already read the patch notes for today live server update. So, I opened this fully expecting either expecting to read about a failed prediction or someone trolling. Then reading your post, I actually had appreciation for the thread because it was about the PTS getting an update. When PTS gets something, live tends to get it in in 2-6 weeks. I do agree that you could have saved yourself a lot of useless heckling if your title was "1.7 is coming to PTS tomorrow."
