They have constantly failed to grey-out non-applicable items/option or put clear in-game text on them for both Legacy unlocks and Cartel Market items since the start.

accidenatly ommiting a minor (to them at least) detail isn't a scam. it's just something they missed. and put out elsewhere. should bioware immediatly take the servers down to apply a hot fix to address this? would that make the complainers happy?
