No Longer Toll Free?

What is the reason behind this change? Forget to pay the phone bill to allow the toll free number or are you trying to avoid upset customers from calling? Not a good sign for players who may have future issues with things that are required to call for, such as Billing problems.

Does this include also Skype? They have Skype cs-number also, at least used to (for far far a way customers.

With the recent overnight changes to the toll free CS support, does this not violate Biowares own ToS? http://www.swtor.com/legalnotices/termsofservice 6. Updates to the Service; Notices. Terms of Service for new TOR Services and important changes to existing services will be posted at the TOR site. You agree to check here periodically for new information and terms that govern your use of TOR Services. BioWare and LucasArts reserve the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. Revisions to terms affecting existing TOR Services shall be effective thirty (30) days after posting the new Terms of Service. Terms for new TOR Services are effective immediately. If you do not agree to the new terms, or to any of the terms in this Terms of Service, your only remedy is to not use TOR Services and to cancel your Account or applicable subscriptions.

What a CS thing for BW to do. Instaed of helping/addressing all or even some of the "major" problems with the game. They are now choosing to just stick their heads in the sand. Changing the CS number to a pay number seems like a big slap in the face to all of us. I've played a lot of MMO's over the years and I do believe this is the first time i've ever seen this happen. Shame on you BW for your treatment of all your customers!
