Hi, everybody. Here personally I am enraged by technical support. I am a follower, I Russian-speaking and I can write the thoughts, questions in writing, but I can't sound them, I can I am not able to talk at all the mute. Bad work of a support service of clients not speaking localizer language, or not not telling (the mute - disabled). With each address to those I get support one and too the letter call on such that number or call on VOiP why in the same VoIP there is no possibility of communication on correspondence? Why communication by a voice is obligatory? As a last resort after all it is possible to include web cam if live communication is necessary.

Personally my opinion you strike at the rights of disabled people of players and you create a language barrier in game.

Plus still additional question. Time created a branch of a Russian-speaking chat (/russian) on the European servers that when you plan if at all you plan to attach Cyrillics? Painfully it isn't convenient to write translitas between sogildiyets.

Всем привет. Вот лично меня бесит техническая поддержка. Я подписчик, я русскоговорящий, да я могу написать свои мысли, вопросы письменно, но не могу их озвучить, может я вообще не умею разговаривать немой. Плохая работа службы поддержки клиентов не говорящих на языке локализатора, или вообще не говорящих (немых-инвалидов). С каждым обращением в тех поддержку я получаю одно и тоже письмо позвоните на такой то номер или позвоните по VOiP, почему в том же VoIP нет возможности общения по переписке? Зачем обязательно общение голосом? На крайний случай ведь можно включить web cam если уж нужно живое общение.

Лично мое мнение Вы ущемляете права инвалидов игроков и создаете сами языковый барьер в игре.

Плюс еще дополнительный вопрос. Раз уж создали ветку русскоязычного чата (/russian) на европейских серверах то когда планируете если вообще планируете прикрепить кириллицу? Уж больно не удобно писать транслитом между согильдийцами.

We realise that you would have difficulty in contacting us by phone as you are mute.

The reason we ask players to contact us by phone is to verify verbally certain aspects of their account information so that we can be sure that we are communicating with the real account holder.

Having said that, we are conscious that sometimes there are circumstances such as this that prevent players from phoning us. In this case, please communicate that in your tickets so that we can help you.

With regards to Russian support, we currently offer support in English, French and German.

what diference is there betwen confirming something vocally or written? if i do not want to call u, why should i be forced to pay extra money and to wait in line for 3h, when the issue could easely be resolved in 3 minutes by email or chat....

for all they know you could be a hacker / Bot. you can use free calls with skype & google.

It's an extra security measure. From experience with other games and compromised accounts, it really is one of the most effective ways to ensure account security.

Вот именно. С одной стороны мне дали ответ что все не так как я думаю, и тут же снова меня утвердительно просят для подтверждения личности позвонить. Но я не разговариваю как Вам это объяснить я вообще не разговариваю, или Вы считаете что такие люди не могут играть в игры? И одно дело если бы я был ребенком. Вы проведите опрос и поймете что тут вполне взрослые люди сидят. И я еще раз повторюсь Вы сами создаете языковый барьер.

free? when was last time u readed what is says about calling Customer Services? clearly not since last patch.... take a new look at it.

sorry but it no longer feels that way, after last patch with the service not being free any longer, it just feels like a money making tactic. at registering an account we have to fill in our movile number, why if it is just a matter of an extra security measure, dont u guys call us in stead? or send us an sms to our phone number? or even better, why dont u make using VoIP once again FREE ?

Speiri, I'm so thankful that you've taken your time by answering Eten here, because I'm from Argentina and i'm a subscriber since December 2011, and lately this past week I've sent a ticket regarding the issue about the "general error" from the Store, and I've received an E-mail where I should call this phone number +11-855-467-9867, and I tried to call through VoIP but the phone number for CS has changed, and that was the only number "free of charge", because the others phone numbers and even the one for VoIP in the UK has international call charge. And to make things worst, I share the same problem Eten has: I'm not good speaking english, and that's something I've written in my last ticket, and still that's the main reason why I'm not calling right now, and I'm so sorry for that, because calling at CS could mean a faster solution to my problem with the store
Leaving this problem aside, I'm glad for your answer in this topic, and I have hope this "general error" would end soon. It's a great game, and I'd love to give my support to it.

Ребята Вы не поняли саму суть вопроса. Я не то что бы не могу говорить потому что не знаю язык, я поднял вопрос от всего игрового сообщество глухонемых. Или Вы считаете что в подобного рода игры люди играют только совершенно здоровые? Для немых на данный момент поддержка в игре отсутствует. Хотя вполне можно было бы не посылать письмом в котором будет указано "перезвоните по телефону или по skype" а будет возможность обработать запрос и дать на него ответ в письменной форме.

Children you didn't understand an essence of a question. I not that can't speak because I don't know language, I brought up a question from all game community of deaf-mutes. Or you consider that people play games of this sort only the absolutely healthy? For mute at present support in game is absent. Though it would be quite possible not to send the letter in which it will be specified "call back by phone or on skype" and there will be an opportunity to process inquiry and to give on it the answer in writing.
