Give them a finisher attack but it should work on people below 100% HP instead of 30%.

No?
Obviously you're being ridiculous. I will direct you to the thread in pvp forums where 99% of people said op healer is better. I'm not a fan of bubble stun heals and once again this thread isn't about combining them.

Healers got Egress, Cleanse, and CC break.... And if you are rooted each will give to a chance to escape...

Egress: Removes all impairments.
Cleanse: Removes all Force roots/snares.
CC breaker: Removes all impairments.

There are no root breakers for Juggs besides CC break and using it, in most cases, is dumb (unless you are trying to prevent something). So in the end, juggs/melee spend WAY more (as we should be)time rooted than Sage/Sorc are, no matter how you slice it.

Sorc/Sage complaining about roots is ROFL..
I'm not complaining about roots. I'm stating that we should have a means of escape from multiple targets like op does. And by the way, there are plenty of non force roots out there... But again, no one is complaining about that.

You must have missed the part about comparing escapability of a sorc to a jugg...

And to be honest, yes, roots play a part in escapability, and you have similar rooting/cc and anti-root/cc abilities similar to Ops.

They get stealth, you get Bubble.

There is not a problem here.

Also, I want a true Sarcifice ability. Whenever someone takes out my sage/sorc the force within me will cause a blast that insta-kills everything, even allies, within a 20 meter radius.

Pretty sure it will be our new top tier ability when that Hutt expansion comes out.

I would like to see them get some kind of % damage reduction cooldown baseline a little weaker than reactive shield and doesn't last as long with a longer cooldown. That or give each spec a unique defensive at the top of the tree. Some ideas: A dispersion type mechanic where you can't take damage, but can't do anything for x amount of seconds. Or something like spirit guardian where when you use it you can't be killed for say 6 seconds or it heals you back to 3/4. I like those kind of mechanics that require thinking to use and verse properly.

Bubble stun needs to only work on the caster and should give proper resolve. Force sprint should maybe be a longer cooldown.
This is pretty much on point. Personally though I am much more of a fan of making it so the bubblestun is moved up a tier out of the healing spec's reach and having the debuff stun removed. Regardless I think it is a clunky mechanic that is neither fun to play with or against and so should be removed for real defensive options.

One idea would be
-Defensive cooldown: increases your defense rating by 30%

This would make it so the sorcerer would be less likely to be root locked or stun locked while the cooldown was up due to more attacks missing. It would obviously reduce the damage taken while at the same time maintaining the illusion of the sorcerer being squishy if hit.

So to you, asking for one defensive CD for the one class that has nothing AND the worst armour in the game is the same as asking for every single defensive CD and extremely OP heals/damage boost? You sound intelligent.

You can't compare bubble to stealth. They get evasion, we get sprint. They have medium armor, we get bubble. We get bubble because we're squishier, not as an escape.

Sorcerers aren't meant to be tanks. I don't want that. Sprint is nice but we can still be pulled or charged again in 2 seconds. The cloak would be a great way to cause the enemy to get confused and refocus on someone else. Sorcs are meant for agility and utility, not tanking.

I agree that bubble stun should be moved up a tier though
