Just started, keep my crew skills or change them?

So I recently started a new Jugg character since I noticed that my server has a severe tank deficiency. I took Cybertech, cause I figured that way me and my companion's mods, armor, and earpices could always be top-notch. But then I realized that the only STR based mods and armor I could make are the Might ones, which might not be good for a tank. I also have a lvl 50 Sorc with 400 synthweaving and a lvl 50 Merc with 400 Biochem.

My jugg's only lvl 15 with 40 cyber now, do I switch to something else? If so, what? Artifice seems kinda nice...
