Unable to buy more Cartel Coins

I'm still getting my general error by saying please load a different card everytime, used 3 different ones they all work on steam, worked on a doctors bill, and other stuff so not sure why its still not going through here.

It seems I can buy CC again as of roughly an hour ago.

After how long of having issues?

Still cant buy my expansion damnit, really want it before the 7th tried 4 cards now still saying Please load a different card which I did dangit.

I have been having this gosh darn NU2001 error coming up since xmas now!!! I'm over it!!! Bioware and EA give me some damn answers!! What the hell is going on. Do you want our money or not. If not then Honestly with all the information and help you actually provide I'm tempted to say F**K YOU!!! and leave forever. Pull your gosh darn fingers out and do something about this or at least have the courtesy to give all of us who are being punishged by this some real damn answers and information as to whats being done!! Honestly this is the WORST customer help and server support i have ever seen!! Do you want this to survive or do you want a bad rep and people to start spreading word that you all are a bunch of ******* and no one should ever want to give you money.

Now please give us some REAL ANSWERS or fix the damn problem IMMEDIATELY!!!!

I'd like to think that some guardian angel in tech support fixed the proplem. But i'd say it was just a random glitch. For me at least. Hopefully it gets sorted for everyone else soon! Good luck!

Seems to be working again for me too (had the error 0 skip step 2 Payment Options issue since just over a day ago).
