I did, but people should have more time to play during the holidays, not less and this is what troubles me.

In fact, last year, when the subs went down after the holidays, people attributed it to people having to work again. So which is it?

I'll just leave you with a piece of advice - avoid politics & religion in general chat.

trust me been staying away from both for a while now. The most problems I get now are when I log in and a certain group of people immediately send me about 15 whispers and a bunch of general chat msgs immediately insulting me upon log in.

I'd suggest removing /whisper from your chat tab or making a new tab without /whisper. I've got 3 tabs, the standard one, the 2nd standard one, and a 3rd one that is Operation, Guild and Guild Officer only. It's a sad statement on Star Wars fans when so many players are apparently a cross between Hutts and Nexu but don't let them kill Death and Taxes.

Sorry i am not buying it... i find it hard to believe you are being singled out with out doing something to single out yourself.

You also know they check the chat logs when you report someone for harassment so they see what you have said as well as the person you're reporting... if it's a case of Both party Harassment they aren't going to do anything and i get the feeling that is what's going on or you just have a very thin skin and take everything as personal and offensive.

The reason i say this is i have had to report people for harassment before and it was always handled quickly with out and Generic E-Mail from the CSR's

and you are saying you did nothing at all to anger anyone else? You have just been solo playing and all of a sudden everyone on the server started harrasing you?

There is always a spike in activity when new things release. The real test is the long term, and the fact that the servers are still very heavy on peak hours says that retention has been good.
I dont think its bleeding players, i think its increasing the number of subs in great part due to the steady flow of content that started to come in.

Are you sure about that? At least for the players its quite good. Fast FP's and WZ's, more people doing heroics, more activity of the GTN and on the cartel shop... yeah i think thats a good sign.
Gladly in-game its nothing like these forums of doom. xD

I dont know about "bleeding", but definitely still losing people. The new "expansion" and the fact you cant buy it with saved up CC seems to have aggrevated many. As far as actual subscribers though, I'm sure it's hard to bleed more when you've already lost 75% or more of the population you had at launch.
