Again. We should all fail so miserably.

Of course, if you've got better numbers, I'm eager to see them. But if those three words are all the argument you've got, run along.
EVE has broke 500k subs, with SWTOR's still dropping, it's very likely EVE has passed it.

Runescape, League of Legends, Aion, Lineage 1 and 2, Guild Wars 2, Planetside 2, Maplestory are all bigger. I'm sure there's more that I've failed to remember, but alas. If you're talking Eastern only, MMORPG only, then Runescape, Guild Wars 2, EVE (Probable), and Maplestory are still all bigger, but as you said just 2nd biggest MMO out there, you're way, way, way, way wrong.

Pretty much this.
As for canon, to quote Lucas (you can find this on the Wookieepedia page for 'canon'): "I've left pretty explicit instructions for there not to be any more features. There will definitely be no Episodes VII-IX. That's because there isn't any story. I mean, I never thought of anything."

So pretty much, it makes the most sense to take what he says as worth a grain of salt, and treat C-canon as canon.

Last I checked... any game, book, movie, television show, that has the official stamp from LucasArts, is canon. The Vong, whether you like it or not, are canon. Stupid, yes, but still canon.

I would not want this. Not because I hate the Vong, on the contrast NJO was one of the best things to happen to this franchise. No, I think it would clash waaaaaaay too much with the canon.

If you mean canon, then the books and clone wars series were both canon. The original Clone Wars cartoon is not. However their status now is unknown. Who knows what Disney's policy towards them will be.
Thats absolutely not true all things SW are canon under one heading or another. Film canon supercedes all other sw canon levels. Also in terms of swtor light side choices/ republic side of events are considered the canon endings therefore any imperial storylines are already not canonical. Therefore adding the vong doesn't really affect canon in any meaningful way.

That's because anyone can pull any numbers out of there !@% with out any data or facts to prove it.. case in point there was some guy in another on-line game i am playing saying that the game we where currently in sucked and Dark Age of Camelot was way better and had 500k subscribers still which i highly doubt.

Also i love the fact that people come up with these numbers for said better game but yet they aren't playing it they are still here trying to prove said game is better and has more subscribers...

Disclaimer: I didn't read any of the tiny font wall of text.

The Vong were mentioned, briefly, and not by name in KOTOR, when you ask Canderous Ordo about the weirdest thing he's ever seen, but a whole event about them? I think Star Wars have so many more interesting things they could plan events around honestly.

I would love to see the vong ingame for at least 1 flashpoint or operation. Maybe we have word of a unknown ship in space and are sent to investigate. Once we are in the general area, we are pulled aboard the ship. We leave our ship and explore, only to find a force of pretorite vong. the group fights through, their new objective to destroy the ship and get out alive.
Or maybe we find Zonama Sekot and visit that planet and see/experience the vong as they leave there.
