I don't know if there is already a thread on this but does anyone else think its kinda bogus that immobilizes don't fill resolve and aren't stopped by it? Its a CC and should be effected accordingly I think.

Are you talking about the root at the end of a leap from jugs/maras? If so roots and stares have no effect on resolve as you still have access to all your abilities.

Does it bug me? Yes. But you still have control of your character to use abilities and the majority of roots are either by melee classes(keeping them in range no matter what class you are) or break on damage from ranged classes (such as talented root on sorc KB). Since you can still fight, it doesn't effect resolve and roots/snares are an important factor in the kite/anti-kite dynamic of the game. The only time it really is an issue is when you carry the ball and get chain rooted, but my assumption is that BW wants you to pass the ball more.
