From what Jeff Hickman said on the Torwars interview today it will be the next dlc'ish expansion like makeb. So it will come the end of next year at best.

Yeah that's (again) so vague though it could mean anything from a JLS expansion to just nothing.

I am pretty sure no one has a clear date. They might have a target date, but that is just me being hopeful. If we are lucky we might get more news of it sometime in 2013.
