Bioware tells us that Makeb IS "Coming THIS YEAR" at E3. ...nothing... ...nothing... Officially announces the expansion and offers pre-orders in December 2012!!! ...and that it'll be SPRING 2013. Don't fault me for being shocked at the SPRING 2013 date...our last OFFICIAL statement was that it would be THIS YEAR.
