Unable to buy more Cartel Coins

So you know it all: I have been locked out for ONE MONTH now (17th --> 17th).

I just came back from work trying to buy some coins and OF COURSE it didnt work.

So the next lie from CS to their paying customers.

It does not work after 24 hours and it DOES NOT work after one month lockout.

You should be ashamed of yourself EAWARE really!

They don't only tease their players with stuff they can't buy, they are too stupid to see they are HURTING THEMSELVES IN THE PROCESS!

Many people can't buy coins/subscriptions > Many people can't buy the season stuff in the Cartel Market > Many people get very annoyed > Many people might not want to buy coins once it's finally fixed... > ... BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY MANY PEOPLE WILL NOT BE GIVING YOU MONEY!

Just hit the one month mark myself, 17th to 17th. Not only can I not purchase coins, my sub did not renew either, as of right now I am on a game time card. A card which I purchased digitally from EA Origin with the very same credit card that Bioware cannot seem to process. I have tried three different cards, and a pay-pal account to no effect. I have also repeatedly tried calling customer service just to be hung up on repeatedly, or have reps tell me that they have fixed it to no effect. At this moment my time card expires around Jan 15 at which point I will be walking away from the game.

well I dont understand why your all so stubborn i just got a conformation email stating my account has now been unlocked and can buy cartel coins at will so i went and tried it and what do you know i can buy coins again the reason your all locked out is because the system has no proof of ID once you give them proof of ID 24 hours later after you get a conformation email you will be able to buy coins and sub once more. if you dont want to do this then have fun being locked out because this is the only way to fix this issue. Like i stated in my last post.

and do you realize that giveing a copy of your id opens up a whole host of problems....least of which is having your identity stolen....thats why none of us will do that...this company can fix this issue without our id's or they will lose money due to everyone going away

I agree.. i would never give out my ID to anyone... especially to someone online. That is just asking for trouble. Nothing is worth that hassle.

Well it may be because most people use their brains which tells them to never ever send their ID over the internet.
Least to a company like EA that required downloading a spyware program to play one of their games.

And what do you say about the 24h //30 day lies that have been dished out to us. Probably hanging on the phone for hours speaking to some incompetent CS rep who tells me to clear my browser.


Nono dude not all of us are Lemmings that follow orders blindly and do everything a company askes only because they are to lazy / stupid to fix this problem alone.

I got my account unlocked today well sort of. Im a paypal user and was told they have no way to unlock my paypal transactions. So instead i had to let them enter my cc details and now i can buy coins and subscribe but i find this complete bs. I was also told that to unlock my account i would have to send my id to there security team to get it unlocked.....what a load of trash from them they need to just unlock all the accounts they wrongfully locked...I also asked him what it takes to get an account locked and he had no idea. Apparently the only people who know are the security team and they don't intend to give that info away. MORONS

Hoped this would be fixed with todays maintenance, but no.

Not only that but they've actually added pre-ordering for Rise of the Hutt Cartel under the store, while they have a payment system that doesn't work for a lot of players. Pro, yo.
