But hey, apparently we are both incredibly lucky, unobservant or don't understand what is happening, and yet they still have not given a single place where this currently happens other than one person in 3 pages.

Oh and I have the issues in hutball on my laptop which barely plays the game, but not on my PC which suggests to me its a hardware issue. This means you dont meet the specs or they will need to have your specs to work out why you are getting this issue on a system which should play the game (my laptop should not)
So when I'm in a 4-man premade and everyone experiences the lag-spikes at the exact same time, we all just have crappy rigs? You obviously haven't experienced what I'm talking about and I don't have any evidence (videos, screens, etc.) so this discussion is pointless for me to participate in.

It astounds me that you don't think there are server-side issues with this game.

This happens in two places in the entire game as far as I know (on the republic side, anyway) and one of them was fixed.

There was a place on Tatooine where this happened. I don't remember the name but there was basically this valley going through these cliffs and all the sand people bugged out that way. Then there was the daily on Belsavis where you kill the Rattataki Leaders; half of them were bugged. This one has since been fixed. I don't know if the problem on Tatooine has been fixed or not since I haven't leveled any alts through there lately.

Now I have seen this happen other places, but not with any regularity. If it happens once and then never again it isn't really a bug worth looking for and fixing because chances are the circumstances for making it happen are really specific so it won't actually bother people except for a moment.

EDIT: Oh, I forgot. The other problem that is being complained about here is the LOS issue. This IS actually a bug, as far as I know. Sometimes there are sections of the ground that act like a wall as far as LOS is concerned. You can walk through the area just fine. The most notable place I can think of is in one of the 4-man dailies on Belsavis. I think it is Stasis Generators or something. Anyway, the last boss of that quest has this happen. You have to walk all the way into the room where he stands before you can target him. This makes it difficult to get companions to target correctly. This might have been fixed too, I haven't done the dailies on Belsavis in a while.

You did not mention this. I am NOT saying the game is bug free. Yes I get the odd lag spike as well at present. Now this is a completely different issue than being discussed here as this does not create evades?

The issue in PvP, yes I would suggest that is something to do with your rig. If it should play the game fine then contact the support and they can probably look into why it happens for you. The Alderann issue. Well I never got that and having chatted to my guild one person thought he remembered an issue there when he first leveled. So thats 1 of 12 people who were online there once having an issue.

And what did you expect? SWTOR is running on beta version of engine, with many many bugs. It was only for a few bucks so ... good deal! Or?

People who are a fraction of a very small minority of problem users should be banished, and not allowed to return.

This game is very stable. Just because a few people have memory leaks doesn't mean the game is unplayable.

The engines fine, its what Bioware did with it thats the problem.... its like buying a v12 from ferrari and replacing the pistons with cardboard cutouts, heroengine had no control over what BW did with their preproduction model

Did I say the game was unplayable? Let's see...uhm...no I didn't. Don't put words in my post that don't exist.

Funny how the Fanboys jump on my post (which was meant to be tongue-in-cheek), but not on this one that was equally so from the opposite point of view:

A very small minority who are problem users have indeed left which resulted in a peak of 1.7 million subs to today where it's so low EA is embarrassed to release the actual numbers. This in turn lead them to go F2P in under a year and release a real money cartel market. All from a budget of 200+ million and little less than half a decade of development time. This game is NOTHING stable.

I think you REEEEALLY need to get over yourself.

Why I left? I left because my friends got back into WoW and I wanted to play with them, and most of the people I played with back around the inital sub drops left because of similar reasons.

This game is stable, as of right now the only bug I've ever experianced is warzones not finishing properly, 2 times, in over 5 months, also not being able to unify colors on my companion, thats it. Im sitting on a 350 euro rig, its no beast, and I can still on custom settings mixed between low and high run this on 90 FPS, lagspikes I only get when Im trying to watch videos and play at the same time, but that is cus of my horrible internets.

Try out The Secret World, that is a horribly unstable game for you. This game runs smooth as hell compared to alot of other MMOs, The only ones I've played that can compete are the other bigs, namely WoW, GW2 and RIFT.

Also, just for your information this is currently the 2nd largest MMO in terms of active users after WoW, so drop the ******** doomsaying already, the game has no more issues than any other MMO out there.
