Well, after a 1 hr hold, I spoke with James, he deleted and re-added my CC info, and I was able to purchase coins on the spot. Very helpful gentlemen, was well worth the wait to get the issue fixed.

Thing is, some of us HAVE been told (while on the phone with support) that the "block" was lifted, and still cannot purchase Coins, without any explanation at all. Been almost a month since I've been able to successfully purchase a pack, 24 hour period is bull.

I work (and play) from China, so calling BW for an hour is not an option for me How will I get it fixed?

The way it was explained to me, is the 24 hour "timer" however it may be that it gets there, isn't lifting in some cases, thus your stuck with a 24 hour timer that last ALOT longer than 24 hours.

I finally got my issue fixed after nearly four hours on hold. Since I have unlimitted minutes and a speaker phone. gave me time to level up a trooper I've never played before. When I got to someone that could help. Seems the issue was in the saved cred card info. Once the deleted out my card and re-input the same cred card info. Everything works.

The ONLY work around I found recently was to go to walmart and buy the EA 20$ game card and redeem it on the swtor account page. It added 20 bucks to my account and it allowed me to buy cartel coins. it just sucks going to the store to buy them and not being able to buy on here. Also EA has made it so you cant just buy 20 bucks of their EA cards so you have to go to the store and get them. Good luck to all and I hope this gives some people a shine of hope

I did one up you on lazyness as I didn't want to spend 4 hours on hold haven't been able to buy coins in weeks so I found a place that you can get the cards online and redeem. If Bioware doesn't want to be my dealer I'll find somebody that will lol.
