I like your first 3.
1. Chat bubbles
2. More character options and ingame character changes.
3. Better smuggler gear, especially the level 50 pvp, that stuff is horrible, really who thought of that design? Trust me check it out it isn't pretty.
" Fear is a tool, not an emotion, but an empire built on fear can only succumb to it. One must be built on many aspects, as then it can not be fell by fear, power, anger, or money, but some other unifying empire that is either better, or one that is much more fierce than yours." - Scáil An'mór

1) Space-Control of Ships. Open Space Sectors that I can fly round in, Space PvP, and standard PvE spave Quests
2) Player Housing, and decoration
3) Open World PvP- Rewards system for being involved in OW-PvP (Open World PvP), similar/on par with Warzone Rewards.

1. Universal Legacy - any character on any server shares the same legacy and benefits from unlocks.
2. Legacy-based Friends List - if I add a friend to my Friends List, they show up no matter what character they're on, with the ability to opt-out if you want to have a stealth alt. Actually, I'd prefer to identify people by their legacy name with the character name as a subtitle.
3. Legacy Mail Auto-Complete - When I type in the name of a character in my guild for a mail, it auto-completes. I'd like the same with my legacy - because I mail to myself more than anyone else.
Give a man a fish - you will feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish - and you have fed him for a lifetime.
Teach all his buddies, too - and you can set up a bait & tackle shop and make a good living.

Repair / Medical spawning points in Flashpoints found a way to the game QoL's so time for next 3.

1. Legacy wide Crew Skill control panel for starting the missions (not crafting), option to have misison outcome mailed to specific character - less reloging.

2. Buff / Debuff frames in UI control panel and individual buff control: move, scale up, filtering out class/stim buffs, showing particular buff only when not present, etc.

3. Ability to filter out other players titles, legacy and guild names.

1. Customizable ships (interior, exterior, and even type, id love some time of legacy unlock that would allow my SW to use my Agent ship.
2. The Cartel Market, I'd happily spend more money on the Cartel Market if I could by the individual things i want, instead of hoping (and failing, as i have terrible luck with those boxes) of getting what i want.
3. Yoda's Species, I'd pay a lot of cartel coins, (im talking easily 15000) Cartel Coins to unlock and play that as one, beating a dead horse I know, but its part of my top 3.
I'm just a simple man trying to make his way in the universe

1. Playable Kel Dor.
2. Actual focus on continuing story (classes, specifically), rather than solely giving us MMO endgame tropes.
3. A realization that the Cartel Shop needs to be an complimentary system to the rest of the game, not the focus.
