Lucky you took me 14 hrs over 3 days just to get my sub to go through, they were helpful but theres no reason we should be having to spend 4 hrs on a call just to get a transaction to go through when its clearly an account issue Biowares side.

^This wholeheartedly. It's ridiculous that you had to spend all that time on the phone. What is even more ridiculous is that this thread has approached it's 120th page and this issue isn't close to being resolved.

Yeah I spent 2 hours with a CSR yesterday on the phone. He spoke broken English. (it was real fun spelling out my email account to him, with my southern accent.) He then mumbled something and said I was going to be transfered over to someone in billing....

I get put on hold,,,,AGAIN. btw, has anyone else noticed how crappy the starwars music is, quality-wise, they play for you while you wait?...rofl

After waiting for about 20 mins, I hear the phone connect, and then dialtone. They hung up on me. Thx. Bioware.

PS In addition to being able to use the three CC you have blocked, could you credit me the 6000 cartel coins my ledger says I am still owed?

Currently on the phone, on hold now for 30 mins. Blokey said to delete my card details and put then back in and that would fix it. It didn't. It won't even accept that card anymore. What makes this better, worse, funnier, more galling - is that they took money for my sub today. So there is sweet F.A wrong with my account.

Holy Cow!! Bioware, can you not even take the time to respond to this major issue saying you are aware it is on your end and you are working on it?!!??

I'm sorry....that did not work for me either....FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! I have placed reports in called support, got hung up on, and still got no answers.......when will this problem be fixed please????
