Whatever the way you think about it, WOW is much less linear than TOR.

In TOR, you are basically forced to go on every single planet, and in the same order despite permutations
.
That is not true at all. The game doesn't force you go level in every planet. While you do have to visit the planets for class quests (which is fine), leveling in those planets is optional. I went to Balmorra just to do my brief quests and moved on to Nar Shadda. I could've done the same with Tatooine and gone right ahead to Alderaan after doing the class quest. It's entirely possible that you could skip these planets and use a combination of pvp, space, flashpoints to level up. From what I can remember it's pretty much like WoW does it where you have different options to go about leveling.

Those are called examples. Do I have to literally go through every single planet in the game? Voss is huge too. So is Corellia. Do I have to go on? Except for Quesh the planets get bigger as you go and you get access to faster speeders.

In WOW, leveling in dungeons is quite possible. AND there is at the very least a choice of zones to go. If you start from the scratch, you can level on Kalimdor or Azeroth. You can perfectly well do Elwynn then Westfall, or Elwynn then Redridge. The only instance of a zone you are positively forced to do are starting zones in BC and MOP. And even there, after those zones, you have choise (Zangar or Terrokar ?) (Four Winds or Kassarang ?)

Having the choice between two zones make a game LOOKs way less linear.
LOL, seriously are you retarded. WoW is big time Linear as many other modern MMO's but the difference is at least when I start a new character I have 7 different stories to play which make it much less linear than WoW the 2nd, 3rd time and so on around.

This game has a lot to explore and half the people that come play are not even aware of DATACRONS/LORE OBJECTS but great Troll post.

Freaking hilarious and get real dude.
The greatest Star Wars story, that was ever told.

No man, the planets get exponentially more expansive as you level through them.

Tatooine, Alderaan, and Hoth are absolutely huge.

Have you read my point ? I'm saying ''at the very least, in WOW, you can choose between zones''

If you think Tatooine or Alderaan are "absolutely huge" you would explode if you ever saw the Karanas of Norrath. When planets can fit inside territories or towns of other games, "huge" is not an apt word for any zone.

Alderaan is quite a large planet, but it's incredibly unlinear.

Usually the walls, visible or otherwise.
Real Star Wars space combat please, not Star Wars Fox! Maybe some PvP and flight too?

I have to laugh when I see posts like this. Brings up so many good memories.

About half the people who play MMOs now have NO idea.

P.S. Thank you for the memory.
