Just like to say after the horrible time I was having with the security app and security questions locking my account down it was finally fixed by a brilliant customer services operator called Stephen (I think) took ages to get through but it was all sorted out very well indeed.

I know there needs to be more operators and tempers can be a little frayed but credit where credit is due thank you!
